Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, reversals, and payment-related matters are handled on the platform operated by FundsApp Wealth Technologies Pvt Ltd (“FundsApp”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. No Fees Charged by FundsApp

FundsApp does not charge any fees from investors or partners for the use of the Platform. As such, there are no platform fees, subscription charges, or service fees collected by FundsApp that are eligible for refunds.

2. No Custody of Investor Funds

FundsApp does not collect, hold, or manage investor funds. All mutual fund related transactions initiated through the Platform are processed directly by the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs), registrars, and banking partners, in accordance with applicable regulations and operating procedures.

Investor funds are handled entirely within the mutual fund and banking ecosystem and do not pass through FundsApp.

3. Mutual Fund Transaction Refunds or Reversals

Any refunds, reversals, or credits arising from mutual fund transactions (such as cancelled purchases, failed transactions, or settlement issues) are governed by the rules and processes of the respective AMCs and registrars.

Any eligible refund amount will be credited directly to the investor’s bank account or original payment source, as per AMC or registrar procedures.

FundsApp does not control or determine refund timelines, amounts, or modes for such transactions.

FundsApp may assist users in raising queries or tracking the status of such refunds with the relevant AMC or registrar, where required.

4. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

In case a transaction fails or remains incomplete due to technical, banking, or network issues, the handling of funds and any applicable refund shall be carried out by the AMC, registrar, or payment partner, as applicable.

FundsApp shall not be responsible for delays or outcomes related to such refunds, but will provide reasonable support to help users understand the status of their transactions.
